Master Miss Velvet (She/Her) is a Leatherwoman with a wide range of life experiences that help her feel at home everywhere from the boardroom to the opera to the dungeon. Curiosity delights her and others’ contributions excite her, but seeing those around her soar really sends her to the moon. Master Miss Velvet is the 2024 Heartland Person of Leather, serves as founder and leader of the Leftorium Forum, is a mentor and admin of the Dallas Mentors Program, and is part of the Texas Leather Generation Project. She has a passion for sharing her knowledge with others and believes in taking a holistic approach to BDSM that addresses the needs of the whole self and not just one’s kinky desires. In her spare time, Master Miss Velvet is the advice maven behind DearMissVelvet.com. Three years ago, she proudly accepted her feisty and incorrigible (yet devoted) slave Todd into her service, and he is still finding ways to make her giggle every day.

This Bdsm 101 class is a small step into where to start when considering joining the community. This class will give you general basics when at events, some titles and role descriptions, what is rack vs. ssc., and where are places you can get involved. Come with questions ready!
Sarah Brady, is an all-around sass-bag, savage sweetheart, a bottom, Masochist, and former Service Girl to a Leather House. Disabled and chronically (ch)ill. Sarah identifies as a Gay Man in a woman’s body. They can give as good as they can take. They have been in the lifestyle for over 10 years, starting at the DMV and now in Texas.
Building Healthy Protocol for Your Dynamic/Aftercare For All | 11:00-11:45am | Room TBD | Pup Ace
A guided contract/protocol/dynamic building exercise that is based on your and your partner's wants and experiences to ensure healthy and fun dynamics that satisfy all parties as best as possible. We will go through a seven step process, review common successes and pitfalls in each step, and draw from our personal experiences to collaboratively create terms. A roundtable discussion on what aftercare means to each and every one of us. We will discuss common aftercare strategies, then give some time to talk about what both our submissives and dominants require for their aftercare. We hope that you will take these ideas away to avoid building resentment in our dynamics and leave scenes more refreshed and restored.
Mark Salinas, also known as Pup Ace, is a rigger, producer, educator, and activist for fetish/kink mostly serving in Austin, TX. With over 10 years of experience in the leather, critter, rubber, and rope scene, he carries bountiful experience and insight on all of it, as well as a unique perspective as an asexual kinkster. His energy and enthusiasm is contagious, and he can be seen leading his monthly rope gatherings with the Austin Men in Rope; hosting events such as the monthly Kennel Karaoke at the Austin Eagle, the yearly A Formal [Fetish] Affair, or the annual rubber convention in Austin called the Austin Rubber Roundup; volunteering with the Boop Society of Central Texas, Austin GEARS, the GWNN, Sir Rat Leather and Gear, and other local organizations/businesses in his area; and giving a hand at any large event he goes to such as Mr Rubber MX, Austin Kink Weekend, MIRubber, and International Mister Leather.

This class will go over terms and definitions under the neurodivergent spectrum and give examples as to why a person who is neurodivergent might be interested in petplay. We will also discuss how to negotiate this type of play and talk about how events can better accommodate individuals with sensory issues.
Hunter (he/they/it) is a queer transmasc pet that has been in the community for 2 years but kinky for much longer. He is the inaugural Route 66 Pet 2024 and the current Co-Chair Alpha of Paws and Claws Oklahoma, an educational pet and handler group, and has been to multiple events helping as a demo/service bottom. His interests include pet play, cigar service, primal play, and all things sharp and pointy. He is also a little and leather boy with a passion for education in any way he can provide. Besides helping out friends and community members, he strives to continue fostering acceptance, love, and a safe space for fellow queer and neurospicy individuals.

Have you ever wanted to become close with a trans man but didn't want to come across in a negative light? Then this is the class for you. Join Pup Deko as we cover the variety of physical differences in trans men, as well as how to treat their mind and body.
Pup Deko (He/Him) is an Omnisexual, Trans, LeatherPup from small town Kaufman, Texas, and holds the title of South Central Pet 2023. He began his ever-evolving journey in Kink/BDSM with Age Play in 2018 and dove into Leather and Pet Play in 2021 in the city of Dallas. Since then, Deko was a leader in organizing Kaufman's first Pride Celebration in 2023, has been a proud member of the Lost Souls Rugby Football Club since 2021, celebrating inclusivity in impact sports nationally and internationally, is an up and coming Adult Content Creator listed as #2 in Top JFF Newcomers of 2023, was nominated for a GayVN in 2023, and has been a part of the Texas Puppy Club event Woofstock's planning committee in 2023 & 24. He continues to not only take up, but also provide a safe space for Trans Folk and Pets within our community.

Fire, Ash, and Smoke ohh my sounds like a dangerous time. But not in the case of this class. This class is oriented to be an introduction to how cigar smoking and its components can lead to a very hot scene. Let’s light a nice cigar sit back and get to know how cigars and kink go hand in hand. we will be looking from the service side to the erotic side from objectification to breath play to body writing the options are endless when it comes to a lot of our favorite smokes.
Daddy Brian, 36, also known as Pup Jasper, is a native-born Texan and an active member of the OKC leather community where he has lived for the past 6 years. He is a Handler, Dom leaning switch, bootblack, caregiver, and daddy. He is the leader of OKC Dominant Dinner, Let’s Talk Leather-OK, the Co-Chair Handler board member of Paws and Claws Oklahoma, and the Regional Director South for Titans of the Midwest. Brian enjoys smoking and teaching about cigars, temperature, bootblacking, bondage, biting, impact, and cuddling up with a nice boy, puppy pile, or little patch.
Brewer has been a pup for 10 years and identifies as a German shepherd. He was Route 66 Pup for 2023. He has been involved in the Oklahoma City community since 2020 and is actively engaged in many groups and events. Currently, he is the Social Chair of Paws and Claws Oklahoma, a pet and handler group. He is also the creator and owner of the Bone Dry Social Club and Co-coordinator for Bootblack Lab OKC. As well as a member of the Texas Puppy Club, Midnight Howl KC, Titian of the Midwest, and the Greater Philadelphia Pup and Fur group. Brewer's interests include pup play, cigar service, rope, impact, and leather. He is a bootblack, owned and collared beta service pup, leather boy, and has a large passion for service-oriented kinks, teaching, and caring for his partners and friends.

Patrick has been into leather for about 8 years but became active in the Houston leather community 2 years ago. He spent 11 years in the United States Army as a Combat Engineer. Patrick is very active in the community and spends time volunteering and fundraising for The Houston Food and vairous Veterans Organizations. Patrick has a passion for advocating for LBGTQ+ Military Members and Veterans, especially those in the kink and leather community. He is committed to preserving the history of and providing visibility to the Military and Veteran LBGTQ + communities. Patrick’s affiliations include Mr. Houston Leather 2023, Senior Officer-Gay Military Brotherhoood, and the Founder and National Commander of the Veterans Leather Alliance.

Master and slave relationships tend to follow an expected structure. However, in our practice of M/s, we chose to depart from the norm in favor of a more animalistic and energetic primal hierarchy. Sir Prussian Fyre (He/Him) and his collared Slave, Lucky (They/it) live in Houston Texas. They founded and run a BDSM-focused Leather club, called Lions Lair Leather Club in the North Houston area. Together they operate within a 24/7 Primal M/s dynamic and have been in the BDSM community for nearly three decades between them. They both have a passion for education and service to the community through their dedication to volunteerism, teaching Fire, Blood, and helping make the most taboo of play in all forms accessible.

Bootblack Cam is a self-taught Bootblack from Austin. Cam is involved as a council member for the leadership in the Austin GEARS, Submissive Community of Central Texas (SCCT), and a co-founder of the Batcity Bootblack Brigade. Cam has been a Bootblack for 3 years now and has earned the position of official Austin Eagle Bootblack and the official Bootblack for the Austin GEARS.

Let’s take a dive into your head and try to understand how you can identity, manipulate, and alter your headspace and find what your headspaces are! From pet to handler form work to home let’s go on a journey into your head and find who what what maybe in there and makes them tick.
Sit, stay, speak out about mental health! These are just some of the tricks that this golden retriever dog knows; Atlas Koutavi (He/Him) is one multi-trick show dog that’s for sure. He willingly sits sand stays for treats but when it comes to his bark it’s rather loud. As a proponent of mental health, acceptance, and self love within our community he is one who howls it loud and howls it proud. Atlas is known for his silly, goofy, and friendly demeanor but don’t let that fool you he is also known to do what he wants when he wants. He’ll just as gladly do tricks for treats as he will herd you into a room full of strangers and make sure you all feel welcome, heard, appreciated, and loved. He is your current Texas Pup 2024 and hopes that everyone knows how loved and appreciated they are all across Texas.
Reclaiming your Leather, Kink, and Sex Life after Addiction | 2:00-2:15pm | Room TBD | LTJ Reads
This class will focus on reconfiguring the pleasures of sex after addiction and making sure our relationship with leather is authentic. We will focus on re-learning how to approach sex without the dependency of drugs. Many people feel insecure about their sexual performance generally and drugs, such as meth and alcohol, are unhealthy ways to let oneself go. Drugs often push our limits beyond what is safe and sane. This class encourages exploring kink in a sober and authentic way or a way that doesn’t rely on hard drugs for confidence. We will also focus on using our relationships with leather and the leather community as a boundary to protect us from temptation and relapse. Rather bondage, fisting, or whatever your kinks are, this class encourages exploring your sexual limits soberly to find healthy and true pleasure and orgasms.
LTJ Reads is the first and current Mr. Austin Eagle 2024. LTJ identifies as a bisexual, pansexual, sapiosexual, and demisexual Creole man from Louisiana. LTJ is a writer/model/teacher who absolutely hates throwing shade in the LGBTQIA+ community. He doesn’t read people. He reads books. LTJ is most notable for his new global movement, Throwing Light, which is an interview series aimed to touch each continent in its lifetime. He believes that new ways of thinking are vital to the survival of the LGBTQIA+ community worldwide. LTJ believes that improving the mental health of our community is the first key.

Momma Dawn has been part of the Bayou City Pups and the Houston pup community going on five years years. She is a member of SAKK, the Texas Puppy Club, the Misfits Houston, Leather boys of Houston, and TGRA. She is Texas Handler 2024 and Ms. Houston Leather 2022 & 2023. Momma Dawn has also started HALO - Houston Area Leather Organization and Texas Leather Generation Project. She is involved in several organizations throughout Eastern Texas that help those in need of help in our extended community. Momma Dawn does her best to provide a safe space for those in need, giving unconditional love and support.
